All engines that run a thermostat need to have some type of bypass provision to avoid localized hot spots, minimize the chance of steam pockets developing, promote even and rapid warm-up, and prevent water-pump cavitation.
The bypass hose allows coolant to recirculate within the engine, without passing through the radiator, as it does when the engine is warmed up and the thermostat opens. The bypass hose connects the thermostat housing and the water pump
All engine has two radiator hoses: an inlet hose, which takes the hot engine coolant from the engine and transports it to the radiator, and an outlet hose , which transports the engine coolant from the radiator to the engine.

Tube Bending:Tube bending is at the core of our capabilities, we have in excess of 60 CNC tube bending machines across the group with the ability to bend tubes in diameters from ø4mm up to ø152mm.
We have several state-of-the-art multi-stack CNC bending machines which allow us to produce complex compound bends where there is very little straight length of tube between bends. This is often seen in automotive applications where there are very tight package spaces for tubes to be routed through.
End Forming / Beading:We can produce all different kind types of beaded end form on tube, from single beads for the attachment of hoses and double beads to allow for a hard stop for a hose joint. We also produce complex Quick Connector end forms for the attachment of snap fit plastic Quick Connectors and rolled end forms which have a very tight tolerance and are used to join to applications such as turbochargers.

Fluid and air transfer systems across a number of different engine and vehicle applications. From Turbo Feed and Return pipes, Multi Zone Heater System assemblies, Transmission Oil Cooling pipes to Dipstick Oil Indicator tubes, we are able to process complex tubular assemblies between 4mm and 75mm in outer diameter.
AIR PIPES
These pipes are 35mm to 60mm in diameter and are manufactured from stainless steel or mild steel with coating. They carry pressurised air from the compression system to the intake manifold and feature brazed on hydro-formed acoustic resonators to reduce noise transferring to the cabin space.
GAS & AIR TRANSFER ASSEMBLIES
These pipes range 35mm to 60mm in diameter and can be supplied in coated mild steel or stainless steel materials with welded mounting brackets attached. They can also feature silicone hoses due to the aggressive nature of the gases that they carry.
DIPSTICK OIL INDICATOR ASSEMBLIES
These assemblies are designed for checking the oil level within the sump

COOLANT RAIL ASSEMBLIES
These pipes range from 8mm up to 30mm in diameter and are manufactured in aluminium or coated mild steel. They are designed to transfer coolant around the engine and feature flexible rubber hoses and quick connector type end forms for ease of access during vehicle service.HEATER PIPE ASSEMBLIES
These pipes are usually manufactured in aluminium to allow for weight saving on the vehicle and can allow for routing in both tight package spaces and high temperature environments. The systems are often very complex multi tube assemblies which include EPDM hoses, brazed sub-tube joints and welded mounting brackets.
TURBO COOLANT ASSEMBLIES
Manufactured in both coated mild steel and stainless steel materials, these systems normally have feed and return assemblies which keep the turbo cool preventing it from reaching extreme temperatures. Often featuring brazed banjo fittings, machined end connector and hose assemblies these pipes are designed to be routed into very tight package spaces within the engine.TURBO FEED PIPES
Designed to deliver oil to lubricate and cool the turbo bearings. These small bore pipes operate at high pressures and require a very high level of internal cleanliness. They feature brazed banjo fittings and flexible hose sections to allow for accurate assembly to the engine block. They are usually manufactured in zinc plated mild steel or stainless steel materials.
TURBO RETURN PIPES
Designed to return oil from the turbo charger to the sump, these pipes can interface with the turbo at temperatures of up to 320ºc which require O-Ring seals manufactured from specialist high temperature materials. They can include hydro-formed bellows sections to give flexibility within the pipe to allow for compliance and ease of assembly at our customer's plants.

To improve the engine coolant system performance we imporve the plastic thermostat housing into the metal,aluminum casting cap.the lower upper rubber radiator hose all connect system into the metal or the aluminum pipe tube

The water's path in the cylinder take away the heat.water tank is store water until temperature of cylinder reaches to certain temperature and the thermostat will automatically turn on the pump and then the water will be circulated to the cylinder and then there is an upper pipe to transfer the spare water to the cylinder and the cylinder to the water tank by the ISUZU NKR Cylinder Inlet Pipe.
